Terms of Service
By using Garage Heroes (web or mobile app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use Garage Heroes. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access: lucas.martinic@gmail.com.
3. In-game stars and purchases
- Stars are virtual currency used inside Garage Heroes. They have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
- Rewarded ads on the Android app may grant 1 star per completed view, subject to fill rate and ad-network availability.
- Purchases on the web are processed by Stripe. Star purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
- Future purchases on Android will be processed through Google Play Billing and governed by Google's refund policy.
4. AI-generated content
The game uses AI services (Google Gemini for images, Pixazo for songs) to generate content based on your prompts and inputs. You're responsible for what you ask the game to create. Don't input content you don't have the rights to, and don't try to generate abusive, sexual, hateful, or otherwise harmful material — your account can be suspended.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service in ways that could harm other users.
- Try to defraud the ad-reward system (e.g. clicker farms, automated views).
- Impersonate others or upload content infringing someone else's rights.
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. Egregious abuse may also be reported to law enforcement.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the band name, characters, lyrics, and prompts you create. By using the service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to run the game (e.g. show your band's profile on the social feed). AI outputs you generate inherit the licensing of the underlying AI provider — review their terms before using outputs commercially.
7. Service availability
Garage Heroes is provided "as is." We don't promise uninterrupted uptime or that every feature will work on every device. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which for free-only users is $0).
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app on next launch. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Termination
You can stop using Garage Heroes any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
